Kay has has been comfortable in a saddle since since she was five. She was raised in horse country in Texas; had a lovely private horse farm in Chagrin Falls OH for many years and now owns her small, dream acreage outside of Santa Fe.

You'll see that warm, natural influence in her restaurant designs. Her goal is to always create an eatery that's both inviting yet practical. Whether it's a rustic pub, a hunt club theme dining destination or a Bistro, she makes everyone feel welcome (and hungry/thirsty).
